Victoria Beedle

Chief Executive Officer

Victoria commenced her leadership career in the not-for-profit world after working within the commercial sector in senior executive, business development, marketing and event management roles.

Victoria has been a CEO, Director and Senior Strategist in the charity sector for fourteen years.

With a deep passion for social justice and consumer advocacy, Victoria has a special interest in health and achieving the best possible outcomes for those affected by melanoma.

Victoria enjoys working closely with Boards’ on business strategy, governance and risk, successful delivery of major contracts and projects, fundraising and financial diversification.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics and Law, post graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Course.

Fiona Bennett

National Support Manager

Fiona has been an Allied Health Professional for 40 years. She has tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, Social Work and Counselling.

Over the years Fiona has worked as a Speech Pathologist, a Grief Counsellor in Private Practice, a Lifeline Telephone Counsellor, a Relationships Australia Counsellor and since graduating in 2008, a Social Worker. She has held clinical, managerial, research, hospital administration, board membership and education roles throughout her career.

Fiona is dedicated to improving the lives of those impacted by melanoma.

Danielle has more than 20 years experience in operational roles within the medical, educational and not for profit sectors. As an integral member of this small but dedicated team Danielle is responsible for the organisation’s information programs and events along with playing a key role in the day to day operations of the organisation.

Kathie Kelly

Kathie Kelly

Business Development Manager

Kathie has held senior roles in corporate and community organisations in the areas of business development, marketing, human resources and management.

She has worked for three large Australian charities in the past, negotiating significant social responsibility programs with various ASX listed organisations, managing fundraising teams, delivering high profile events, direct marketing campaigns, sponsorships and media relations.  Kathie has also been a board member on three not for profit boards and is passionate about identifying and connecting stakeholders with common interests and building sustainable long-term partnerships for MPA.
