Melanoma Patients Australia

The organisation was founded by two young melanoma patients, Daniel Belcher and the late Brent Grace. Melanoma Patients Australia was officially launched on 6 July 2006 by the former Governor of Queensland, The Honourable Dame Quentin Bryce, now former Governor-general of Australia.

Our Vision

Creating a world where no one affected by melanoma walks alone.

Our Purpose

To support, connect and advocate for Australians affected by melanoma and work towards its prevention.

Improving the quality of life for Australians affected by a diagnosis of melanoma.

Representing the voice of Australians affected by melanoma.

Increasing sun safe awareness and improving early detection.
