A heartfelt thank you to Woodford Golf Club for once again hosting the Orange Ball Charity Day, an event dedicated to raising awareness and support for Australians affected by melanoma.
Originally established by Mary-Anne Oliver in 2024, this much-loved event has now entered its third year and continues to grow under the leadership of the club’s Women’s Director, Audrey. It is a wonderful example of a community coming together to connect, support one another, and advocate for those impacted by melanoma.
The day brought participants together for an enjoyable round of golf followed by a luncheon, all united by a shared commitment to making a difference for people facing the challenges of the deadliest form of skin cancer.
Through their ongoing fundraising and awareness efforts, Woodford Golf Club is helping Melanoma Patients Australia provide vital support and ensure that no one affected by melanoma has to navigate their journey alone.
A special thank you to Audrey for continuing this important tradition, and to everyone who attended and contributed. Your generosity and dedication help shine a light on melanoma, raise much-needed funds, and remind those affected that they are never alone.
