On 10 April 2024, Woodford Golf Club hosted its inaugural Orange Ball Charity Day to raise awareness and support for Australians affected by melanoma. The event was initiated and led by our dedicated volunteer, Mary-Anne Oliver, and generously sponsored by Priceline Woodford.
This special day brought together 62 women from golf clubs across the region, including Maleny, Noosa Springs, Beerwah, Bribie Island, Caboolture, Redcliffe, and Wantima. The day combined fun on the course with a shared commitment to supporting those impacted by the deadliest form of skin cancer.
A heartfelt thank you to Mary-Anne, Woodford Golf Club, and everyone who attended for helping us shine a light on melanoma and ensure no one walks alone on their journey.
